Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

The support centre is staffed by volunteers who have years of experience and have many years experience in Construction within the UK.

We usually reply within a day or sooner if its urgent, You will have the opportunity to upload drawings, diagrams, and photos to help us make give you the best answer possible.
